Kip Day 2008
The 14th of June 2008 is International Knitting in Public Day. This year we are putting together 20 000 kits. Each kit contains a ball of yarn, a circular knitting needle and a breast awareness pamphlet and retails for R20.00 (excl. vat). A percentage of proceeds will be donated to The Breast Health Foundation. We encourage all knitters, young and old, beginner and novice, ladies and gents to join us at a participating venue in your area. Purchase a kit and knit a square. All knitted squares will be collected, sewn together and donated to The Breast Health Foundation.
